These are among Clara's first steps. Today was the first day she has really started to get some confidence with her walking. It's amazing how fast she picks up on walking in just one day! She'll be off and running with her friends in no time.

Clara learns so quickly! This weekend, while at grandma and grandpa's, Clara learned to clean the floors. I can really get used to this if our children would always be so willing to clean up around the house. Let's see I think next weekend I will teach her how to wash the dishes and do some laundry.

Now that we will be having a pup in our house starting next weekend, there will be no shortage of floor cleaning to do. Maybe we could even start charging for her service. After all, who wouldn't want someone this cute around to do a little cleaning.

What could bring me more enjoyment, fulfillment and purpose than the arrival of my precious daughter, Clara May. My wife and I are doing wonderful. We are taking in every moment of being proud parents. I hope to begin posting impressions again as I have settled into the parent role. You might just find yourself reading about the latest newborn gadgets and yes I do have a few to talk about. Thanks so much for everyone's kindness.
