Developers with tablets should check out a tool called InkKit. InkKit is able to turn drawings into websites. This makes early stages of design become more presentable. It offers developers the ability to visualize their concepts by simply drawing them on a tablet. 

If you're like me, then you are always drawing diagrams for the user interfaces you develop. Often the drawings will look great, but when made into an actual user interface, changes are needed.
